Why you should start a Lean In Circle and how to get started

There are now more than 43,000 Lean In Circles in over 170 countries, and new Circles are starting every day. In the St. Louis area these Circles are happening in the community, military, and in corporations. In these small groups, women get and give peer mentorship, sharpen their skills, and have a place to be unapologetically ambitious. 86% of members credit their Circle with a positive change in their lives.
