Equal Pay Day falls on April 2 this year; it marks the point in the year at which women’s earnings will finally match what men made the previous year. To raise awareness about the national gender wage gap, Lean In St. Louis is hosting a panel of women leaders on Thursday, April 11 at Venture Cafe to share insights on navigating this pay gap in their own careers and beyond!
