Kick-Off Event: Lean In Circles for Union Tradeswomen

NABTU and Build Together are excited to partner with LeanIn.Org on a new program to support and empower women in the trades called Lean In Circles for Union Tradeswomen. This program will connect you with other tradeswomen and help you learn new skills to advocate for yourself at work.

Join us on November 6th for a kick-off event, where you will hear from AFL-CIO and NABTU leaders, learn about the Lean In Circles program, and connect with other tradeswomen in the area.

Food and drinks will be provided.

Lean In Circles are small groups of women who meet regularly to support each other and learn new skills together. A Lean In Circle is a safe space to connect with other tradeswomen, speak openly about the challenges you’re facing, and build skills and confidence to navigate challenges at work.
