Confronting the Issues: Societal and Workplace Advancement Barriers for Women of Color

Across the board, the leadership gap between men and women is significant, but for women of color, the gap is greater. For this meeting, we will use a discussion guide created by Lean In Women of Color to confront some of the barriers women of color face in the workplace and discuss actionable ways to address them.
