About Lean In STL

Lean In STL is the St. Louis regional chapter of Lean In, bringing together individual Circles in the metropolitan area. By utilizing the support of our peers, together we are changing lives by building confidence and empowering each other to pursue our interests and ambitions.

Circles are small groups—typically of 8 to 12 members—that meet regularly to learn and grow together. Chapters are groups of Circles that exchange ideas, network and host events together.

Lean In St. Louis will be focusing on CONFIDENCE IN MOTION as our theme for 2017. We will meet at least quarterly utilizing the knowledge and inspiration of local leaders in our community on a variety of topics that are meaningful in our desire for personal and professional success.

“Being confident and believing in your own self-worth is necessary to achieving your potential” – Sheryl Sandberg
